Recommendation
We strongly urge that every client starts with a private session to maximize their experience. To get the most out of starting a Pilates program, commit to a mat and an apparatus class per week.
Important information
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any booking change or cancellation.
Rates do not include GST and are subject to change without notice.
All make up session must be completed by session end, sorry no exceptions. Plan ahead.
