Meet your movement team
Janine McNerney, MFA, NCPT
Studio Director
Janine is amazing at reading one’s body and with that knowledge she is able to work with you in a dynamic way that connects for your body type and issues. Her warm heart radiates both in the studio and out. When she is not working you will find her dancing in the kitchen with her kids and consciously choosing to take little moments of joy in her day!
Judi Holton, M. Ed
Judi Holton, holding her Masters of Education and Counseling, has passionately pursued life-long learning and teaching, and embodies care, love, and grace in all she does. When she’s not teaching Pilates, Judi can be found with a good book in her reading chair, on the floor playing with her five grand children, or entertaining at her backyard fire pit.
Kirsten McOuat, BA(Psych)
Kirsten is a hardworking, dedicated mother and wife with a passion for her community; she is always willing to lend a helping hand and strives to improve the lives of those around her. In her time off, Kirsten enjoys maintaining her own fitness & “movement” education and spending time outdoors with family, being an imaginative & energetic playmate to her children.
Laura Godin, B. Ed
Like many of you, Laura spends her days in an office job. While a passion for and a career in teaching Pilates may then seem like a stretch (get it), Laura gets a chance to be both analytical and creative, and to her, seeing her clients succeed as a result — and have fun doing it — is truly one of the best parts of her day. When not in the office or at the studio, Laura can be found spending time with her family or, ideally, on the sandy beaches of Hawaii watching the palm trees sway in the gentle breeze.
Kim Repp NCPT
Pilates Teacher
Kim has grown up to be the kindest, most giving person I know; she's the first person I turn to when I want the truth or good advice. Outside of the studio, Kim stays busy with her household of four energetic children and enjoys visits home to Seattle.
Lesley Janke, BSc(H.Ec), BSc(OT)
Lesley brings her enthusiasm, insight and a passion for Pilates into her teaching along with her cheerful and compassionate personality. She is a collaborative leader who seeks to empower others on their wellness journeys. Lesley loves reading, singing, cycling, gardening, and long distance walking with her husband and her dog Raven!
Robyn Sansom, CDMT, CSPT, CYCW
Robyn is the epitome of calm under pressure, cherishing her roles as parent, partner, and teacher, while continually challenging herself AND remaining unwavering thankful. Robyn doesn’t ever have off-time yet somehow she manages to fit in cooking, camping and crafting the world’s best birthday parties for her four girls.
