Starting your Pilates journey with privates is highly recommended. You will delve into the specific foundation of the Pilates technique for your body! Packages offer a Standing Time slot for you to book on a consistent basis without the wait for appointments.

Registered sessions provide a dynamic social environment and a faster pace in your Pilates journey. This environment requires clients to be body aware and to employ self correction. Each session builds upon the skill set taught in the previous session.
Instructors will build a set of exercises based solely on the individual's body issues and provided personalized modifications to appropriately deal with their body issues.
Instructors will assist clients with a set of exercises and address body issues as they appear in each client and give them a personal modification.
Instructors will move clients through a set of exercises and will point out common body issues and how to modify accordingly.
Instructors will observe clients as the progress through a set of exercises and will be available for any questions that clients may have on their body issues and how to modify.
